Good morning. This is day three and technically the sixth day since jury selection began last week for Maj. Nidal Hasan. Enough members could be selected to seat a jury today. The judge is looking for somewhere between 13 and 16 jurors to sit on the panel for Hasan's capital murder trial.
Six more potential jurors have been brought in from Army bases across the U.S. for today's hearing. Last week, prosecutors and Hasan questioned 20 members. The prosecution struck half of them while Hasan made no challenges. If three or more jurors from today's group make the grade, the court will have enough to seat a jury.
