Well, where do I start? In December of 2012 my neighbor hit a black cow on Chaperral Rd between East Trimmier and low water crossing before you get into Harker Heights. My other neighbor works for the county and he has seen cows on Chaperral before. The other day I was driving on Chaperral Rd and would you believe it, there was a black cow in the road. My neighbor that hit the cow in December contacted the owner of the cow (doing the right thing) and he was told by Mr. Curb that that cow was not his. Mr. Curb is the only person on that road raising cows. So, If I was you. Please slow down and watch out for Mr. Curbs cows, because he will deny everything and your out or your vehicle. My neighbor just got his truck back together. He has a brush guard on hit truck and ahs named it the CURB catcher. I figure when he is standing before the man, he will have to explain this to him. Thank You for listening.
