I'm officially on the Corbin bandwagon! Great job saying what needed to be said about code enforcement. I'm hoping that this will help re-ignite the fire underneath them and management!

I admit I was skeptical at the election but it seems Corbin is heading in the right direction. I'm not sold on 5.8 million for downtown revitilization but we'll see. This is not downtown McKinney or something of that nature. I will be suprised to see it boom again. I think focusing on the 195 area for the city to attract business as this is the only area for longterm growth. Let's make the building permit process a little more strengent too, have the builder incur some cost of road improvement when they build - far to many times home builders have been given the green light and only do the minimum for their homesites. example the southern WS Young that was expanded a few years back - the home development should have been approved if the incurred cost to build/expand the road - ALL cities do this. Get rid of the good ol boy/girl system and make them all responsible to MAKE KILLEEN BETTER!
