2 bomb threats reported at CCJHS

The Copperas Cove Independent School District has received two more bomb threats, according to the Copperas Cove Police Department.

The department announced Tuesday that it responded to bomb threats at Copperas Cove Junior High School yesterday at 10:26 a.m. and today at 7:28 a.m.

Police said one juvenile male was detained in relation to today's threat, as well as a threat that occurred on Dec. 11.

The district has experienced a total of 11 threats at three schools since early December. Police have detained a total of nine juveniles so far.
