Army veteran hired to lead McLane Advanced Technologies

TEMPLE — McLane Advanced Technologies, an innovative technology solutions provider established in 2004, announced recently retired Army Maj. Gen. Charles W. (Charlie) Fletcher Jr. was selected to lead the company as president. A former general and corporate executive,

Fletcher brings six years of experience in senior management positions within the private sector and over 30 years in a wide variety of aviation, logistics and operational assignments within the military.

“We welcome Charlie to the MAT team. He not only carries extensive knowledge in technology, logistics, and business operations, but also has the necessary leadership skills to guide the company into a new decade,” said Drayton McLane Jr., founder and CEO of MAT. “His unique experience in both commercial and government entities aligns with MAT’s mission to provide long-term benefits to our various stakeholders.”
