Military shopping gets some private-sector upgrades

    Mr. Shull, the Fort Hood PX sure could use an overhaul. It is in desperate need of better quality merchandise and better selection of items. I thought Ft. Hood was one of if not the biggest military installations. It is time for an upgrade.
