Marcus Carr, director of Central Texas Business Resource Center, will be a presenter at the 10th annual conference of the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship in Chicago next week.

The conference is expected to draw 500 community college administrators and faculty from around the world. More than 50 learning sessions and workshops will be held to share information on the work being done at community colleges across the country to support the entrepreneurial aspirations of the people they serve.

Carr will present a session entitled “Building Collaboration for a Business Resource Center,” which will inform attendees about how to leverage internal resources and pull together community partners. This marks the fourth time Carr has presented at the conference.

“I feel it is important to share what we know about the positive impact entrepreneurship education has in our community with the BRC,” Carr said.
