DT Symphony Homes LLC and Stylecraft Builders received a permits to build homes on Tourmaline and Rusack drives.

Killeen also issued a $61,000 permit for a “finish-out” project at Christian House of Prayer, on East Stan Schlueter Loop, as well as $111,000 to Stonegate Estates for a mobile home setup on a lot on East Elms Road.

Harker Heights last week issued more than $16,000 in permits — $10,000 of them for new single-family homes — and Copperas Cove awarded nearly $9,000 in permits.
