Our 2014 Health & Wellness Fair will kick off with a “Walk Across Texas for Nina Moore”.  Registration begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, May 10th at Kern Park in Harker Heights.  Laps around Kern Park will lead to Adams Chapel’s 2014 Health & Wellness Fair and the Scott & White BLOOD DRIVE from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. The event is a community family oriented awareness collaboration, partnering with the Scott & White Blood Mobile & Senior Health Plan, Mental Health, Cancer Survivor Counseling, Red Cross basic CPR with EMS, American Diabetes Association, and American Heart Organization, Food & Nutrition, HIV & Aids, plus Family Advocacy from Ft. Hood and the Sickle Cell Society Speakers providing information on creating a will, pre burial planning and insurance, just to mention a few.  Refreshments, food, activities and gift giveaways will be available..
