Local Basketball Players Separate from the Herd with Star Trainer Kyle Manary

Ball-Hard Elite Basketball Training teams up with Kyle Manary, former Dallas Mavericks scout, to bring Austin Area Junior High and High School basketball players an NBA mindset to start off the season. The one day clinic will be lead by Manary, the Lead Director for the Lebron James Skills Academy, Co-Director of the Kobe Bryant and Amare Stoudemire Skills Academy, and an International Nike Skills instructor.

Ball-Hard Elite Training has trained some of the area’s top basketball players including two CenTex Player of the Year, Paul Baxter (2011-12) and Deon Mitchell (2010-11), UT’s Nneka Enemkpali, Adesuwa Ebomwonyi of Tulane and the Nigerian Women’s team and more.

Kyle Manary grew up in Livingston, Texas.  He led the Greater Houston Area in scoring on his way to receiving numerous high level Division I scholarship offers.  After sustaining a career ending injury he turned his focus to teaching the game of basketball.

After spending several years coaching at the Division I level at Stephen F. Austin State University and Saint Mary’s College (CA), Kyle made the jump to the basketball operations department of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks.  Kyle’s responsibilities with the Mavericks included scouting and conducting basketball clinics all over the world.

Wanting to get back into a teaching role, Kyle teamed up with former NBA player and No. 1 draft pick John Lucas to work out over 90 NBA players, including several collegiate and high school All-Americans.  For the last four-five years Kyle has worked and directed the Nike Skills Academies (both boys and girls), which are for the top high school and collegiate players from across the United States.

Kyle also directs the annual Chris Paul Elite Guard Camp in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for the top high school and collegiate point guards from across the country and the state of North Carolina.  Kyle currently owns and operates Learn To Be A Pro, LLC and Manary Builders, LLC.

Registrants will benefit from lessons on NBA-style game strategy, intensive shooting, ball handling skills, and question and answer session exclusively with Coach Manary. The one day clinic is Saturday, October 27th and will be held at Cedar Ridge High School in Round Rock. Registration is $50. For more information and to register go to
