More than 300 Killeen residents used mail-in ballots for last Saturday’s City Council elections. Several of those voters were confused when they received a ballot in the mail that only had two or three names listed.

LAMPASAS — Voters in Lampasas County elected Delana Keele Toups and T.J. Monroe to seats on the Lampasas City Council, and Ryan Shahan to a seat on the Lampasas school board Saturday. Voters in Lampasas County also approved an $18.75 million bond for a new county jail.
