July 31

Criminal mischief was reported in the 2900 block of Carroll Drive. A vehicle window and a residential window with a value of $530 were reported damaged.

A burglary of a building occurred in the 200 block of North Drive. A ceiling was damaged and a ceiling fan was reported stolen, with a value of $300.

Fraudulent use/possession of identifying information was reported in the 1200 block of Craig Street.

Carlos Cesar Carrales was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and Ronald Samaniego was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public in the 2300 block of West U.S. Highway 190.

A theft occurred in the 300 block of Judy Lane. Military clothing with a value of $1,020 was reported stolen.

Vanessa Ann Gibson was arrested on a charge of parole violation and assault causing bodily injury in the 300 block of Sunset Lane.

July 30

Jason James Howell was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance in the 1100 block of South 15th Street.

A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 600 block of Cedar Drive. The vehicle window was damaged, and a GPS and an iPod were stolen, with a value of $1,000.

A theft occurred in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. A stylus, two air fresheners and a cellphone case were reported stolen, with a value of $39.36.

A theft occurred in the 200 block of East Hogan Drive. Interior molding with a value of $200 was reported stolen.

A theft occurred in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. A television with a value of $228 was reported stolen.

An assault causing bodily injury was reported in the 100 block of East Truman Avenue.

A theft occurred in the 1100 block of Marlee Circle. A cellphone with a value of $500 was reported stolen.

July 29

Remedios Brione Alston was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, being drunk in public and failure to appear on bond in the 200 block of Meggs Street.

Jeremy Ryan Nicely was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A theft occurred in the 800 block of Michelle Drive. Garden gnomes with a value of $60 were reported stolen.

A burglary of a building occurred in the 600 block of 15th Street. Interior paint was damaged and ammunition with a value of $2,800 was reported stolen.

A theft and a theft of a firearm occurred in the 1200 block of Urbantke Court. Reported stolen were a Taurus 9 mm semiautomatic handgun, clothing, a cellphone charger and currency, with a total value of $520.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 200 block of Veterans Avenue. The windshield of a vehicle was reported damaged, with a value of $350.

July 28

Jeremy Allan Schmidtman was arrested on a charge of burglary of a building in the 300 block of East Avenue D. Cigars and lighters were reported stolen; two windows and a screen were damaged.

Travis Lee Holt was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 2200 block of Phyllis Drive.

Shawn Michael Fies was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

James Edwards Dailey Jr. was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury in the 1200 block of South Seventh Street.

A theft occurred in the 900 block of South 25th Street. Two air conditioners with a value of $1,000 were reported stolen.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 1000 block of South 17th Street. Two wiper plates and a license plate with a value of $80 were reported damaged.

Michael Melvin Johnson was arrested on a charge of abandoning or endangering a child in the 4000 block of Shasta Road.

A burglary of a home and criminal mischief occurred in the 2900 block of Sunflower Trail. A book was damaged, and furniture, gun accessories and a GPS were reported stolen, with a value of $5,000.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1100 block of West Avenue B. A door frame was damaged.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1000 block of Jackie Jo Lane. There was no damage. Two laptops, a gaming system and a television were reported stolen, with a value of $3,150.

Anthony Ryan Antolik was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public in the 2300 block of Whitney Drive.

A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 110 block of Easy Street. The interior was damaged, and the radio was reported stolen.

A sexual assault was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

July 27

A burglary of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Judy Lane. There was no damage, and nothing was reported stolen.

A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 400 block of Oak Street. Nothing was stolen, but a window with a value of $150 was reported damaged.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Cottonwood Drive. A window with a value of $499 was reported damaged.

Christopher Day Palmer was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

An assault with bodily injury and an assault by threat was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A burglary of a vehicle occurred in the 300 to 400 block of Judy Lane. The car's ignition with a value of $250 was reported damaged.

A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E. A guitar with a value of $250 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 900 block of Dryden Avenue. A lawn mower with a value of $307 was reported stolen.

Robert Christian Carl was arrested on a charge of unauthorized handling of garbage in the 900 block of Dryden Avenue.

July 26

An attempted burglary of a home was reported in the 2100 block of Freedom Lane.

Austin Michael Hoskinson was arrested on a charge of burglary of a vehicle in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

Derek Maurice Triplett was arrested on charges of theft, disorderly conduct/fighting, failure to appear and public intoxication in the 2900 block of Lindsey Drive.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 700 block of North Main Street. A watch with a value of $10 was reported stolen.

An assault causing bodily injury was reported in the 1100 block of Golf Course Road.

Antonio Lawrence Farrell was arrested on a charge of driving without a license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and expired license plates in the 900 block of Chalk Street.

July 25

Jasmine Tonette Phillips and Kendal'e Marann Shanice Randle were arrested on charges of theft in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. They reportedly stole miscellaneous clothing with a value of $166.91.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Ash Street. An automatic car wash machine was reported damaged.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 900 block of West Avenue B. Sheetrock was reported damaged, and copper wiring with a value of $5,000 was reported stolen.

Gary Martin Reed was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury in the 1100 block of Cummings Avenue.

A burglary of a building took place in the 1800 block of South Farm-to-Market 116. A lock with a value of $10 was reported damaged. It was undetermined if anything was stolen.

Travis Lawrance Peffly was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 800 block of North Drive.

A theft was reported in the 170 block of G.R. Henson Parkway. A Kindle and an iPhone 3 with a value of $400 were reported stolen.

July 24

A theft occurred in the 2900 block of Lindsey Drive. Lawn decorations with a value of $400 were reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 900 block of Edwards Street. There was no damage but earrings and a dish set were reported stolen, with a value of $1,249.

A theft occurred in the 500 block of Northern Dove Lane. Two computers with a value of $2,100 were reported stolen.

Billy Joel Rodriguez was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license, failure to maintain financial responsibility, expired motor vehicle registration, operating a vehicle with wrong license plates and expired license plates in the 1000 block of South Third Street.
