May 20

Jermaine Montiel Johnson was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 600 block of Sunset Lane.

An assault causing bodily injury by choking was reported in the 300 block of Erby Avenue.

Reggie Lynn Peppers was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 600 block of Veterans Avenue.

A theft occurred in the 2500 block of East U.S. Highway 190. The value reported was $34.42.

A theft occurred in the 3200 block of Chandler Drive. A gold ring with a value of $250 was reported stolen.

May 19

An assault causing bodily injury was reported in the 1000 block of South Ninth Street.

Larry James Bonin was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of East Avenue E. A citation was issued.

A theft occurred in the 700 block of Houston Street. A chainsaw with a value of $250 was reported stolen.

An unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

May 18

Geoffrey Dechun Middleton was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Ellis Griggs was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and burglary of a vehicle in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 100 block of Oak Street. A window latch was damaged. A laptop, television and jewelry with a value of $290 were reported stolen.

Frank Scott Hedges was arrested on charges of burglary of a habitation and attempted burglary of a habitation in the 100 block of Hardeman Street.

Credit card abuse was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

Justin Scott Davis was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 1400 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

May 17

Peter Edmund Bachman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 200 block of Sherman Avenue.

Olivia Moreno Lee was arrested on a warrant for theft in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 500 block of Bowden Avenue. Two windows were damaged, and jewelry and tools with a value of $880 were reported stolen.

A burglary of a building occurred in the 1000 block of South 11th Street. A door frame and window screen with a value of $120 was damaged. It was undetermined if anything was stolen.

A theft occurred in the 100 block of Carothers Street. An edger with a value of $100 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 100 block of Georgetown Road. A door with a value of $100 was damaged. Nothing was stolen.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 400 block of West Avenue F.

A burglary of a building occurred in the 300 block of West Avenue B. A door was damaged. Reported stolen were a laptop and a game system with a value of $1,300.

A theft of a firearm occurred in the 400 block of Sumac Trail. A pistol with a value of $500 was reported stolen.

May 16

A theft occurred in the 600 block of North 15th Street. Clothing, a DVD player and a digital camera with a value of $759 were reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1000 block of South Seventh Street. A window was damaged and a hedge trimmer and extension cord with a value of $165 were reported stolen.

Richard Douglas Best was arrested on a charge of intentional injury to a child.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 800 block of Rodney Avenue. A television with a value of $1,695 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1100 block of Georgetown Road. A door and a frame were damaged, and a television was reported stolen.

May 15

A burglary of a home occurred in the 800 block of Rodney Avenue. There was no damage. Electronic equipment with a value of $850 was reported stolen.

A theft of a firearm was reported in the 2300 block of Whitney Drive. Stolen were a 12-gauge shotgun and a 40-caliber handgun with a value of $980.

Criminal mischief was reported in the 1800 block of Martin Luther Kind Jr. Drive. A door and door frame with a value of $3,000 were reported damaged.

May 14

A theft occurred in the 400 block of South 25th Street. An iPod with a value of $199 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 200 block of Marston Street. There was no damage, but a television and coins with a value of $155 were reported stolen.

Tawanna Menyone Teamer was arrested on charges of being drunk in public and for driving while intoxicated.

A theft occurred in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Stolen were a DVD player, a hedge trimmer and an air filter with a value of $250.

A theft occurred in the 1200 block of South Farm-to-Market 116. A wallet, its contents and currency with a value of $85 were reported stolen.

Adam Lee Menin was arrested on a charge of assault on a public servant and driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of West Avenue D.
