June 3

Justin James Binion was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of East Avenue D.

A theft occurred in the 300 block of East Avenue E. A cellphone with a value of $550 was reported stolen.

A theft of a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Judy Lane.

Sung Jin Lee Farris was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public on Latern Circle.

Marquise Deandre Price was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of Horseshoe Drive.

A theft occurred in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. A lawn mower with a value of $20 was reported stolen.

June 2

Piet Janszen was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public in the 1100 block of West U.S. Highway 190.

Bruce Stephens Jr. was arrested on a charge of theft in the 800 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Stolen items included meat and household items.

A theft occurred in the 300 block of East Avenue E. Cash in the amount of $44 was reported stolen.

June 1

Alexander Anthony Padilla was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of South Main Street.

Jeffrey Darrin Backman was arrested on two charges of burglary of a home, theft of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 600 block of Cedar Drive. Three doors were damaged, but nothing was stolen. The damage was valued at about $315.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue A.

Brian David Lampe was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Tina Hannelore Marrow was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Georgetown Road.

Charlie J. Worlow was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Avenue D and Wolfe Road.

May 31

A burglary of a home was reported in the 1100 block of Randa Street.

Reginald Mingo was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 2100 block of Griffin Drive.

The fraudulent use and possession of identifying information was reported in the 2400 block of Merle Drive.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. There was no damage. Stolen items included a television, DVD player and speakers with a value of $770.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 1600 block of Robertson Avenue. There was no damage but a chainsaw with a value of $180 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 600 block of North Third Street.

May 30

Kirstie Leona Pena was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 2500 block of Post Oak Avenue.

A theft occurred in the 200 block of Easy Street. Cash in the amount of $200 was reported stolen.

An aggravated kidnapping was reported in the 2000 block of West Avenue B.

A theft occurred in the 900 block of South Main Street. Metal drainage grates with a value of $100 were reported stolen.

A theft occurred in the 600 block of West Washington Avenue. A wedding ring set with a value of $800 was reported stolen.

A theft and entrance of a property owned by another occurred in the 400 block of West Avenue F. Stolen items included a laptop, book bag, wallet and contents with a value of $280.

May 29

A sexual assault of a child was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

Joseph Patrick Carroll was arrested on charges of theft of a firearm and burglary of a home in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

Credit card abuse was reported in the 1100 block of Randa Street.

The fraudulent use and possession of identifying information was reported in the 300 block of Carpenter Street.
