May 13

Humberto Elizondo was arrested on charges of being drunk in public and urinating in public in the 1200 block of West Avenue B.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 100 block of South 11th Street. A television with a value of $1,100 was reported stolen. A door and door frame were damaged.

Fraudulent use and possession of identifying information was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A sexual assault was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 300 block of Carpenter Street. There was $4 of damage to the building and a television and keys with a value of $2,307 were stolen.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 200 block of Blanket Drive. Reported stolen were jewelry, a Play Station 2, an extension cord and two controllers with a value of $4,385.

A felony theft occurred in the 1900 block of Lightfoot Lane. Stolen were jewelry and a cell phone with a value of $3,580.

William Frank Crane was arrested in the 300 block of East Avenue D on the charge of being drunk in public.

May 12

Kyle Jonathan Tuttle was arrested in the 500 block of South Main Street on the charge of driving while intoxicated.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 700 block of Constitution Drive. There was no damage to the residence but miscellaneous shoes, clothing and purses with a value of $750 were reported stolen.

A felony theft occurred in the 500 block of North Main Street. A 2006 Dodge Ram with a value of $14,000 was reported stolen.

Debit card abuse was reported in the 100 block of West U.S. Highway 190.

John Patrick Rice was arrested on a theft warrant in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 200 block of Carpenter Street. There was no damage to the residence, but a game console and a television with a value of $1,025 were stolen.

An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 700 block of East Avenue D.

A robbery occurred in the 400 block of South Seventh Street. A laptop and medications with a value of $400 were reported stolen.

May 11

William Chase Raymond was arrested in the 300 block of Erby Avenue on the charge of being drunk in public.

Kelly Lee Rowden was arrested in the 100 block of East Halstead Avenue on a charge of burglary of a home with the intent to commit sexual assault and a charge from Sutton County Sheriff's Office for a driving while intoxicated warrant.

A forgery of a financial instrument was reported in the 900 block of Martin Luther King Drive.

A theft occurred in the 400 block of John Henry Circle. Stolen was $2,000.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 1100 block of South 13th Street. A door was damaged and a DVD player, a laptop and modem with a value of $1450 were stolen.

Edward Charles Hermann was arrested in the 200 block of West U.S. Highway 190 for being drunk in public.

Karl Lee Wiggins was arrested in the 200 block of West U.S. Highway 190 on the charge of driving while intoxicated with three or more offenses.

A theft occurred in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. A television with a value of $878 was reported stolen.

A theft was reported in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Stolen was canned air with a value of $4.96.

May 10

A theft of firearm incident was reported in the 800 block of Michelle Drive.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 100 block of Jason Drive. There was no damage to the residence and it was undetermined if anything was stolen.

Michael Peter Cruz-Miy Asaki was arrested in the 100 block of North Fourth Street on charges of possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and possession of a controlled substance.

Fraudulent use and possession of identifying information was reported in the 1400 block of Grisholm Trail.

Fraudulent use and possession of identifying information was reported in the 500 block of Greek Street.

A burglary with the intent to commit another felony was reported in the 300 block of Halter Drive. There was nothing stolen.

Breanna Elisabeth Cole and Letia Shanee Williams were arrested on the charge of the possession of marijuana in the 2500 block of Vernice Drive.

Forgery of a financial instrument was reported in the 1600 block of Velma Avenue.

May 9

A theft occurred in the 1200 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Reported stolen was a 2004 Ford Expedition with a value of $2,000.

Michael Eugene Hullinger was arrested in the 300 block of East Avenue E on a warrant of arrest for evading arrest and detention using a motor vehicle.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 800 block of Mary Street. A door frame was damaged and miscellaneous jewelry and electronics with a value of $1,475 were stolen.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 1200 block of Collins Avenue. The front door frame was damaged and stolen were a pellet gun and a television with a value of $1,420.

Felony criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of Primrose Drive. A vehicle engine with a value of $6,942 was damaged.

Kathryn Leigh Williams was arrested in the 2200 block of Keenan Avenue on the charge of forgery of a financial instrument.

May 8

A felony theft occurred in the 1400 block of Mashburn Road. A trailer with a value of $1,850 was reported stolen.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 200 block of Clements Street. A cement mixer and a bird cage with a value of $925 were stolen and a window was damaged.

Jeremiah Alexander Griffin was arrested in the 300 block of East Avenue E on the charge of sexual assault of a child.

An injury to a child and a serious bodily injury incident was reported in the 700 block of Sunny Avenue.

A burglary of a home was reported in the 300 block of Meggs Street. The front door was damaged and electronics with a value of $2,500 were reported stolen

A theft occurred in the 500 block of Margaret Lee Street. A Sony Play Station and a television with a value of $759 were reported stolen.

An injury to a child was reported in the 2900 block of Curtis Drive.

May 7

Scott Earlie Scott III was arrested in the 2600 block of East U.S. Highway 190 in assistance to the Killeen Police Department on the charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession or transporting a prohibited weapon.

A burglary of a building occurred in the 100 block of Clements Avenue. A door frame, a calculator and a shredder were damaged and five surge protectors, a printer and a computer with a value of $1,025 were reported stolen.

A forgery and debit card abuse were reported in the 1100 block of Hawk Trail. Medication with a value of $204 was stolen.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 800 block of South Second Street. Blinds, a screen and door frame were damaged, and a television and speakers with a value of $1,880 were reported stolen.

Fraud and debit card abuse was reported in the 200 block of Bronc Drive.

A burglary of a home occurred in the 700 block of South Second Street. A door frame with a value of $300 was damaged.

A theft occurred in the 600 block of Atkinson Avenue. Stolen was a license plate with a value of $50.

Arson was reported in the 400 block of South 25th Street.

Kelly Lee Boydstun was arrested in the 1400 block of East U.S. Highway 190 on the charge of possession of marijuana.

FM 2410 bridge closed overnight tonight

The Texas Department of Transportation will temporarily close the Farm-to-Market 2410 bridge at U.S. Highway 190 in Harker Heights from 6:30 p.m. today to 5:30 a.m. Monday, weather permitting.
