May 6

Rafael Gonzales was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 1400 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 400 block of North Seventh Street. Nothing was damaged, but two televisions valued at $1,810.80 were stolen.

An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 100 block of East Halstead Avenue.

A sexual assault of a child was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

May 5

Conan Brian Watt was arrested on a charge of felony criminal mischief in the 300 block of West U.S. Highway 190.

Claudia Dynnette Willis was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of Carpenter Street.

Regina Marie Norton was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and striking an unattended vehicle in the 400 block of East Avenue B.

A theft of two rings with a value of $2200 was reported in the 700 block of North Third Street.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 500 block of Meggs Street. A door jam was damaged and copper wiring with a value of $120 was stolen.

Sascha Alexander Elble was arrested on a charge of felony criminal mischief in the 100 block of Meggs Street.

May 4

Robert Tyrone Williams was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A pressure washer valued at $1,200 was stolen in the 200 block of Meggs Street.

Christopher Leon Royals was arrested on charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance in the 1200 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A theft of miscellaneous military equipment, a laptop and a handheld game with a value of $2,150 was reported in the 500 block of Allen Street.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 200 block of January Street. Nothing was stolen, but the door frame with a value of $100 was damaged.

A PlayStation 3 and a television were reported stolen in the 700 block of West Avenue E. The items were valued at $500.

Mary Grace Foley was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

May 3

Patina Antoinette Caudle and Derrick Lee Sewell were arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in the 800 block of North Third Street.

A theft was reported in the 500 block of North First Street. Beer valued of $10.99 was stolen.

A total of $352.25 was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Avenue B.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 100 block of Myra Lou Avenue. A window was damaged, and a television, two game consoles and games with a value of $3,200 were reported stolen.

May 2

Wesley Allan Warmack was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with an open container.

An aggravated sexual assault of a child was reported in the 300 block of East Avenue E.

A forgery of a government document was reported in the 1300 block of Georgetown Road.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 200 block of Margaret Lee Street. There was nothing stolen, but a window with a value of $100 was damaged.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 3400 block of Lauren Street. There was no damage, but a laptop with a value of $358 was reported stolen.

A total of $68 was reported stolen in the 1200 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Georgetown Road. Clothes with a value of $500 were reported stolen.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 1100 block of Golf Course Road. There was no damage, and nothing was stolen.

A theft was reported in the 1000 block of North Fourth Street. A cellphone with a value of $400 was taken.

An assault causing bodily injury, theft and disorderly conduct/public affray was reported in the 800 block of North First Street. A cellphone with a value of $34 was reported stolen.

May 1

Nena E. Charley was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 600 block of West Washington Avenue.

A burglary of a building was reported in the 300 block of Constitution Drive. A door and a lock were damaged, valued of $530; nothing was stolen.

Groceries with a total value of $222 was reported stolen in the 800 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Aurora Marie Casey was arrested on a charge of assault by contact and resisting arrest in the 400 block of South 25th Street.

April 30

John Dean Yearain was arrested on charges of assault causing bodily injury by choking, driving while intoxicated with an open container and interference with an emergency phone call in the 700 block of South 11th Street.

A felony theft and criminal mischief were reported in the 400 block of Constitution Drive. A storage container lock was damaged, and various tools with a value of $11,150 were stolen.

A theft was reported in the 2000 block of Pleasant Lane. Jewelry with a value of $650 was reported stolen.

Credit card abuse was reported in the 1300 block of Bowen Avenue.

A theft was reported in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. A money-gram with a value of $450 was reported stolen.

Laura Beth McCartney was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 200 block of West Washington Avenue.

An aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 500 block of Sunset Lane.

A burglary of a habitation was reported in the 600 block of North 19th Street. Nothing was damaged, but a television, laptop and tool bag with miscellaneous tools with a value of $2,750 were reported stolen.
