TODAY NOV. 8

Armed Services YMCA offers yoga at 9 a.m. Call 254-542-2851.

The Senior Center offers the following events: Stretch and Flex from 8 to 8:45 a.m., Hand & Foot at 9:30 a.m., Phase 10 at 9:30 a.m., a snack at 11 a.m., and Brookview Bingo and Ball Pool at noon.

The Five Hills Cowboy Church offers roping practice at 7 p.m. in the arena. The church is at 139 County Road 4630, Kempner.

Lunch & Learn – Developing Your Own Brand is offered from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the public library. To reserve a seat, call 254-547-7874.

The Noon Exchange Club meets from noon to 1 p.m. at Lil’Tex Restaurant, 502 S. Main St., Copperas Cove.

Armed Services YMCA offers yoga at 5:30 p.m. and Tae Kwon Do at 5:30 p.m. for children 5-9 years old and at 6:30 p.m. for ages 10 and older. Zumba toning is from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Contact: 254-542-2851.

The Cove Farmer’s Market is from 3 to 6 p.m.

The senior center is closed for Veterans Day.

TUESDAY NOV. 12

Aware Central Texas offers a parenting class at First Baptist Church from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The Lions Club meets from noon to 1 p.m. at Lil-Tex Restaurant, 502 S. Main St.,, Copperas Cove.

The City Council has a workshop at 5 p.m. and a regular meeting at 6 p.m. at the council chambers.
