COPPERAS COVE — Elisha Tiliaia loves dancing — so much so that she and her group of dancers have performed at dozens of free festivals around Central Texas this year.

“I would say already over 30,” Tiliaia said after performing at the Copperas Cove Food Truck Festival Saturday as part of the Baila Pacifica Entertainment troupe. In addition to wowing the crowd with Polynesian dancing, fire twirling and drumming, the group pulled some people from the crowd surrounding the City Park outdoor stage and gave them an impromptu dance lesson. That’s part of what draws Tiliaia to performing.
