Molly LePori, 23, lives in Copperas Cove and works at Precision Urgent Care.
Where are you from originally and how did you get to Cove?
I am from Austin. My fiancé lived here in Cove so I moved here to be with him and his children.
What do you enjoy about living and working in Copperas Cove?
I love that it is a big enough town where you don’t run into the same people everyday. I can get from one end of town to the other in 15 minutes.
What do you do at Precision Urgent Care?
I am one of the front desk receptionists. I answer the phones and I do lots of clerical work.
Tell me about your family.
I have two stepchildren, Baylee, 6, and Camron, 4, and one biological child, Charlie, 5.
If you could change anything in your life what would it be?
I would go back to school earlier. It is hard being a single parent and trying to go back to school. I hope that I can finish school this time and soon. My long-term goal is to peruse my degree in education.
Were do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself in charge of an elementary school or middle school. My long-term goal is to one day become a school principal.
Who is your mentor?
My grandmother. She will be 78 years old in three weeks. My mother and I lived with her off and on while I was growing up. In 2008, I moved back in with my grandmother. She is an all-around good person and very knowledgeable about the ways of the world; however, she is not that good in math. I enjoy learning other things from her.
What was the best advice you were ever given?
My grandfather always told me to smile because everyone will think you’re having fun.
