COPPERAS COVE — Cindy Yancey was all smiles Thursday morning despite the cold and cloudy conditions.

“It’s going to be a fun day!” Yancey said, smiling, as she and other members of the board of the Copperas Cove Education Foundation boarded a bus to take them to nine CCISD schools to deliver good news to teachers who had applied for grants from the foundation.
