COPPERAS COVE — Copperas Cove Chamber of Commerce President Alicia Menard really doesn’t have a lot of time to sit back and reflect following events put on by her organization.

“On to the next,” Menard said, laughing, after the recent Gallop or Trot 5K at Copperas Cove City Park.
