COPPERAS COVE — Copperas Cove City Councilman Charlie Youngs admits to making a rude gesture during a special city council meeting on Aug. 13. But he denies that when he stuck up his middle finger, it was aimed at City Councilman Kirby Lack or any other member of the council.
