Oct. 1

Shane Pierce Hays was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1200 block of Sherry Lane.

A theft of $825.37 was reported in the 300 block of Pinto Drive.

An assault by threat was reported in the 2900 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Two assaults by contact were reported in the 400 block of South Seventh Street.

Sept. 30

Erika Heather Schroerlucke was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A theft and criminal mischief were reported in the 1200 block of East U.S. Highway 190. A television cord was damaged and two pillow cases, two pillows and a towel valued at $64 were reportedly stolen.

Lamarr Alexander Duff was arrested on a charge of burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit assault in the 1800 block of North Main Street.

A theft of lottery tickets, valued at $375, was reported in the 2400 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Two incidents of assault causing bodily injury were reported in the 400 block of South 25th Street.

A forgery of a government document was reported at the Copperas Cove police station.

Christopher Lynn Starbuck was arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender at the Copperas Cove police station.

A miniature Schnauzer, valued at $210, was reported stolen in the 100 block of West Avenue A.

Andre Hall was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 400 block of Veterans Avenue.

Sept. 29

Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were reported in the 2100 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

A theft of cash was reported in the 200 block of West U.S. Highway 190.

Sept. 28

Sakeitra Quinsha Amboree was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief in the 900 block of Mueller Street. Two tires, valued at $200, were reportedly damaged.

The theft of liquor and a stereo system, valued at $210, was reported in the 100 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Reggie Lynn Peppers was arrested on a charge of being drunk in public in the 2000 block of East U.S. Highway 190.

Fredric Allen Tolbert and Mitzie Michelle Kirby were arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Morris Drive.

A black winch, valued at $800, was reported stolen in the 300 block of Casa Drive.

A theft of $350 was reported at the Copperas Cove police station.

A home was burglarized in the 4100 block of Shasta Road. There was no damage, but a television, valued at $800, was reportedly stolen.

Rings, valued at $450, were reported stolen in the 600 block of South First Street.

The fraudulent use or possession of identifying information was reported in the 1800 block of Lindsey Drive.

William Paul McCoy was arrested on a charge of burglary of a building with the intent to commit another felony in the 200 block of Veterans Avenue.

James Thomas Norbert was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, second offense, in the 500 block of North First Street.

A theft was reported in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous clothing items and a blanket, valued at $103.84.

Sept. 27

A home was burglarized and interference with child custody and criminal mischief were reported in the 4100 block of Shasta Road. Vehicle tires were damaged and miscellaneous electronics were reportedly stolen, valued at $5,000.

Injury to a child was reported at the Copperas Cove police station.

A forgery of a financial instrument was reported at the Copperas Cove police station.

Sept. 26

A theft was reported in the 400 block of South 25th Street. A cellphone, valued at $499, was reportedly stolen.

A home was burglarized in the 500 block of Hackberry Street. A wall, door and door frame were damaged, nothing was reportedly stolen, valued at $500.

Terra Ann Rogers was arrested on a charge of theft at the Copperas Cove police station.

A bicycle, valued at $150, was reported stolen in the 200 block of Halstead Avenue.

Jonathan Michael Bartts was arrested on a charge of theft in the 2700 block of East U.S. Highway 190. Stolen and recovered were beer and miscellaneous clothing items valued at $363.40.

Sept. 25

Justin Harley Maples was arrested at the Copperas Cove police station on a charge of burglary of a habitation.

Curtis Edward Hayden was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of West Avenue F.

A home was burglarized in the 300 block of Northern Dove Lane. A television and a door were damaged and clothing items were reportedly stolen, all valued at $2,000.

Brent Wayne Kauffman was arrested at the Copperas Cove police station on a charge of burglary of a building.

An assault by contact was reported in the 300 block of East Carpenter Street.
