Police responded to a report of a robbery at the Texas Partners Credit Union at 809 South Main St., at 4:51 p.m. on Tuesday.

Upon arrival, officers learned the suspect entered the bank and approached the front counter.

The suspect then jumped over the counter and demanded money from the teller.

The suspect was described as a black male, early to mid-20s, about 6 feet tall, slender build, wearing a blue jacket, and khaki pants. He was last seen leaving the business through the front door with an undisclosed amount of currency.

There were no injuries reported on the scene.
