Central Texas College recently announced new additions to its spring semester curriculum including flexible class formats and new certificate programs. The new opportunities are available for the spring 2017 semester, which opens Jan. 17.

The new offerings begin with the Office Technology department’s Blocked Blended Mondays Flexible Learning program.

Classes are scheduled each Monday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Office Technology also offers eight-week blended courses from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays where students can earn credit toward an office technology support certificate of completion. Classes are held Saturday, Jan. 23 to March 26, and March 27 to May 19.

Other new offerings by department include:

  • Business Administration and Paralegal department: eight-week real estate classes designed to help students complete the program faster; and self-paced business administration courses to provide flexibility for students.
  • Math department: online and blended engineering classes.
