Mallory Sessions and her daughter Kora, 11, of Killeen, are organizing a food drive for the Copperas Cove Soup Kitchen on Saturday in the Curves parking lot. More than 25 vendors are expected, along with a food truck and a bounce house.

Kora won the title of Williamson County’s Baby Miss Heart of the USA Queen of Hearts last weekend by raising the most nonperishable foods in her age division. She competed in a pageant to help the Women and Children’s Safe Shelter in Austin.
