This is not right. Coryell County is the County for which Copperas Cove resides in, the sidewalks and streetlights and curbs need to be the first things installed before developing begins. I am certain that the family pays taxes to the city of cove as well as the county. Where is the sense of responsibility here? You say that Cove is built for family living, well prove it. This is an unsafe area Cove knows this, I find it funny that what ever Cove Annexes goes to pot, look at the grimmes Road area where the firestation was supposed to go, it looks like a junk yard gone bad, over growth of weeds, trash etc and this belongs to Cove, not to Coryell County. I say pay the piper Cove and install the needed sidewalks, curbs and how about some good old fashioned lighting out that way. You wanted that housing development, you said if you build it they will come, well why not step up to the plate and finish this job out the right way. My heart goes out to the child and to her family during this difficult time. Have some compassion
