I wish that this Denny Bowles was in charge of Social Security cost of living adjustments. He says inflation is 406 %. SS recipients are getting a 1.5-1.7% increase...Somewhere, someone is fudging on their figures. Surely it wouldn't be a company bidding for a government contract, right?

Thank God we have someone like Kenn Smith on the city council that is watching out for the taxpayer. $20M for a new city hall. Then the school district is going to want a new high school.
Thanks to all previous city councils who wanted this city to grow and expand. Most people liked the small town atmosphere. We don't want to be like Killeen or Harker Heights. But then, the good ol' boy developers and real estate agents wouldn't be making money hand over foot.
