Copperas Cove’s annual NFL Camp will be held for incoming seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders at Bulldawg Stadium from July 31 to August 4.
The camp will be conducted from 8 a.m. to noon each day and will provide age-appropriate instruction covering a variety of fundamental skills.
Additionally, there will be time for studying the sport, games and contests.
Cost is $65 and partial scholarships are available. Pictures from the camp can be purchased for an additional $10.
On-site registration will begin at 7 a.m. on the first day of each camp.

The Bulldawgs 7-on-7 football team went 1-2 Monday in the Centex Passing League at Belton.
The Bulldawgs opened with a 33-24 win over Cameron Yoe before losing to Temple (20-13) and Belton (33-12).
Cove’s Joshua Smith, Reece Nunez, Tavis Lewis, Aaron Shanahan, Ryan Laumand and Marvin Moore finished second among four teams in the lineman’s challenge.
The Accumulative Advantage Foundation‘s eighth annual “Kid’s Advantage” Cen-Tex Pro Football Camp & Combine and Cheer Camp is set for June 24, at Leo Buckley Stadium.
The free camp, for children ages 8-17, will run from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Participants will receive training instruction specific to their position by former NFL players and Killeen ISD stars Tommie Harris, Roy Miller, Juaquin Iglesias, Dominique Zeigler and other players from the Central Texas area.
A cheer camp for girls will also be conducted by local cheerleaders.
Baylor Scott and White McLane’s Children’s Hospital and the players will share tips to stay fit and promote healthy living to children and adults. Parents are invited to hear free information from medical professionals on how to prepare and protect their child for the upcoming school year.
