Airman Christopher M. Golden recently graduated from eight weeks of basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

He is a 2011 graduate of Harker Heights High School.

Golden is the son of Detreece Daniels of Killeen.

Army Reserve Pvt. Emelvin M. Floyd has completed nine weeks of basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.

He is a 2008 graduate of Ellison High School.

Floyd is the son of Angela and Edward Floyd of Killeen.

Air Force Reserve Airman Ubaldo Gonzalez has graduated from eight weeks of basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio.

Gonzalez is the son of Arleen Gonzalez of Killeen.

New number to pay city utility bills by phone

City of Killeen utility customers will use a new number to pay bills by phone beginning today, according to a news release from the city. Payments will now be made by calling 254-220-4183.
