Actor and screen celebrity Mario Van Peebles will host a meet and greet from 2 to 5 p.m. He will sign autographs and copies of his latest film, "We the Party." This film is a mix of "House Party" and "The Breakfast Club" with wall to wall music and a serious message about growing up in America today.

Hood Howdy

Club Hood (Building 5764, 24th Street at Tank Destroyer Boulevard)

Hood Howdy is an informational fair and mini job fair that acts as an overall installation orientation, by providing newcomers and the community with an abundance of information. Hood Howdy is free, family-friendly, open to all; and full of information, games, door prizes and activities.
