    As usual I'm a little confused....yesterday after reading this articlle, I was at a local eatery and a female specialist sat down by my table. Now advise me if this is Army legal, she had a series of butterflys tatooed behind her ear running down to her neck. The tatooing was clearly above the neck and visable with or without a uniform.
