Fort Hood will get a visit this week from some four-legged friends.

The Budweiser Clydesdales will make two appearance on post, stopping to pose for photos with fans.

The horses have represented the Anheuser-Busch beer company for more than 70 years.

The famous animals, who travel for appearances about 10 months out of every year, will be at the III Corps Express Shoppette from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday and in front of the main Clear Creek Shopping Center from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the Budweiser website, the Clydesdales will begin their stop in the Fort Hood area with a visit to the Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area’s annual Nature in Lights event tonight at 6 p.m., and will also appear at the event Thursday at 6 p.m.
