Halloween Costume Party: Adults can enter the Halloween Costume Party from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Backbone Lounge, Building 194 on 37th Street. Come out to enticing drink specials, a DJ spinning the greatest hits, entertaining games and more. The grand prize of a 50-inch plasma television will be awarded for the best costume. The Society of American Military Engineers: will host a golf tournament at noon at the Courses of Clear Creek. Play in four-person teams for $30 a person. Proceeds go toward a scholarship fund.
