KPD’s chaplain offers emotional, spiritual counseling to officers, their families, victims

Herald/DAVID MORRIS - With no official office at the downtown police station, Chaplain Alvin Dillard uses vacant rooms to talk with officers in need of counseling. Once the new police station in southern Killeen is done, Dillard will have his own office and a more comfortable setting for those who wish to stop by and talk about their issues.
