Brandon Carter, and incoming eighth grader at Liberty Hill Middle School, places M&Ms on things he would allocate money for as Brenda Coley, executive director of human resources at Metroplex Hospital, assists Cherokee Collins, a seventh grader at Manor Middle School during a back to school rally, hosted by the Killeen Branch of the NAACP Saturday at Manor Middle School. The M&M game is intended to help students learn fiscal responsibility.
