Running for the Victims of the Fort Hood Shooting

Chief Warrant Officer-3 Christopher Royal wipes his eyes as his pauses for a moment of silence at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery on Thursday during the first day of his five-day Nov. 5 Remembrance Run from Fort Hood to the State Capital in Austin. Royal, a survivor of the massacre at Fort Hood on Nov. 5, 2009, founded the 32 Still Standing Foundation to help his fellow victims and their families.
