Saegert Elementary School students watch with interest as Laurie Henry of Trinity Science Solutions shows the layers of sediment on a 15-foot-tall, 40-foot-wide inflatable Grand Canyon. Students learned interactively about erosion, delta formation and other geology topics during the school's annual SMART Kids Day devoted to science and math.
