Libraries tend to be known for children’s programs, mainly due to the emphasis on (and importance of) early literacy. And while many libraries offer literacy programs for adults, more and more recognize the need many adults have to simply enjoy the quiet atmosphere libraries offer and tailor programs that address that need to get away and de-stress.

De-stressing is exactly what reference librarian Christina Link aims to do with her series of adult arts and crafts programs for adults this fall, titled “Get Crafty.”
