Boyfriend Billy owns a house, and he rents out one of the rooms. Most of his past tenants have had a month-to-month lease, which suits everyone quite well, though it’s always a pain when he has to put the room up for rent again.

There is a certain level of stress involved when two people live together who have known each other for years — think families, marriages, etc. But choosing a roommate can bring a whole different level of stress, for it’s nearly impossible to tell within a few minutes if two people can coexist harmoniously.
