What do you enjoy most about living in Harker Heights?
It is a great growing community. There are lots of things to do with your family.
Tell me about your family.
I have been married for 11 years. My wife is a teacher at Grace Lutheran School in Killeen. I have two sons — one is in second grade and attends Mountain View Elementary and the other is in kindergarten at Grace Lutheran School. They both play soccer in Harker Heights.
What is your favorite vacation spot?
My favorite vacation spot is anywhere that I can go with my family. We really enjoy the gulf shores of Alabama, especially the white sandy beaches.
What is your favorite movie, book and favorite television show?
Movie: Anything on Netflix that I can watch with my family. Book: “What It Takes To Be Number One” by Vince Lombardi. Television Show: “The West Wing.”
What is your favorite room in your home?
My favorite room in my home is the living room because it is were the entire family can all be together.
If you could change one thing about your life what would it be and why?
If I could know for sure every day that I made an impact on a child’s life.
What was the best advice you were ever given?
In dealing with children, I have always been informed to always do what is best for the kids.
