The Stepping Stones program at the Harker Heights Public Library is more than just a children’s program; it is also designed to help adults learn about their children’s early developmental skills.

Made possible by a grant through the Family Place Initiative, the program has remained a popular one since its inception back in 2017, so much so that registration is required and the class now has two times available, 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
