The Harker Heights City Council met Tuesday in a regular session and adopted a budget and tax rate, in addition to setting rates and charges, penalties for non-payment and provided an effective date.

All action taken by the council was for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2019, and concluding Sept. 30, 2020.
