Hearing Board decision

This city document shows the Killeen Personnel Hearing Board's recommendation to reverse the termination of Barbara Gonzales, Killeen's former finance director who was fired by City Manager Glenn Morrison in December. Morrison, who has the power to accept or reject the board's recommendation, disagreed with the recommendation, as indicated at the bottom of the document.
