Heights program hosts line dance

The Harker Heights Senior Recreation Program will host a Line Dance Round Up for older adults Friday at the Harker Heights Activities Center, 400 Indian Trail.

A potluck supper is at 6 p.m., and dancing is from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is $4 per person. Bring food to share at the dinner.

BRUCEVILLE-EDDY — A string of accidents Thursday morning on Interstate 35 near mile marker 318 in McLennan County not only delayed traffic but also caused minor injuries to Bruceville-Eddy Police Chief Bill McLean and totaled his vehicle.
