HEWITT — After watching his team muster just a field goal without him in a loss to Shoemaker a week earlier, Waco Midway quarterback Ben Hicks refused to be a spectator again Friday.

Even with a partially torn MCL.

Harker Heights Offensive Coordinator continued to waste time! Only throw to 2 receivers and throw to them even if covered by 2 defenders! # 12 open all the time. Need to try #10 as QB seems to have better arm and eyes. Also need the kicker to punt unless a fake but only tried once and was successful has not tried it again?
QB #2 if going to do keeper his success is one per game maybe he should be put in wildcat position for better blocking?

Also # 20 is really fast on defense made tackles on the other side of the field for saves. Should put in on Offense reverses or double reverses and or short passes and punt returns, kick returns!
Offensive Coordinator why continue to waste time before Halftime when losing cannot comprehend your thought process?
Defense Coordinator like how you get with players and continue to coach during the game! Wish the Offensive Coordinator would do the same but he is to busy watching the game instead! Head coach needs to take charge even if he bumps heads he should trump everyone!!!!!!

IF YOU THINK YOUR GOING TO BEAT COPPERAS COVE WITH THE ONLY PLAY YOU GOT IS #22 UP THE MIDDLE AND A COACHING STAFF THAT WASTS MORE TIME OFF THE GAME CLOCK THEN ANY OTHER GAMES IVE SEEN.--YOU BETTER THINK AGAIN ABOUT A SHOT AT THE PLAYOFFS.--

It's amazing that this Knight team still has a shot at the playoffs. It would be more amazing if this coaching staff would stop quitting on this team.
Down three scores with almost nine minutes left in the game, Mr. Edwards' refusal to throw the ball let alone send out more than 2 receivers in any pattern when he did call a pass play on third down was criminal.
He continued to run the ball in an apparent effort to speed up the game's conclusion.
I refuse to call him coach. Mr. Edwards needs to be fired immediately.
His in game management is a joke.
The kids deserve someone who believes in them and will let them try to win.
        Fire Edwards now!
