Belton boys drops two at Leander tourney

At Leander, Belton hardly had enough bodies to finish the game as it lost 84-81 to Cypress Creek in triple overtime at the Leander Tournament.

The Tigers had five players foul out of the game and saw Cypress Creek shoot 54 free throws.

Belton forward Daniel Mills scored 25 points and Thomas Barnes had 21 in the loss.

The Tigers (7-12) fell to Round Rock Stony Point earlier in the day 54-46.
