Nathan Diederich assisted on the first goal, scored twice in a minute and then secured a hat trick four minutes into the second half to lead the Eagles to a district-opening 5-0 victory over the Grey Wolves at Ellison on Tuesday.

Diederich assisted on a Ryan Stuckey goal in the game’s third minute and then followed with back-to-back goals in the 23rd and 24th minutes to net a 3-0 halftime lead. Stuckey also added an assist, along with William Barbrow and Shabba Armbrister, while Matthew Charlton and Marquis Wood pitched the shutout in goal for Ellison (7-2-1, 1-0 8-5A).
