AUSTIN — Kenesha Saygo is five months removed from her last high school game, but the former Ellison guard hasn’t lost her touch.

Saygo pulled down 11 rebounds to go along with nine points, four assists and three blocks in helping her Red team nearly double up the Blue team, 98-52, in the Texas Girls Coaches Association all-star game Friday afternoon at the Burger Center.

“She played an outstanding game,” Lady Eagles coach Sherry McKinnon texted. “(Her team) seemed like they had played together all season. They dominated all over the court. ... Central Texas was well represented.”

Saygo will play college basketball at Texas Woman’s University in the fall.

The basketball game capped the four-day TGCA summer coaches clinic which began Tuesday in Austin.
