At Georgetown, Kanesha Saygo had 16 points and five steals while shooting 55 percent from the field to lead the Lady Eagles past 4A No. 3 Georgetown.

As a team, Ellison (6-1) shot 44 percent from the field while holding the host Lady Eagles to less than 10 points in each of the first three quarters, including outscoring Georgetown 14-8 in the second to lead 26-17 at halftime.

Senior guard Deja Pointer added 14 points and five rebounds while Brianna Gray added 10 points and Jordana Porter had seven points and six rebounds as Ellison outrebounded Georgetown 21-9 in the game.
